By creation, or continuing to maintain an account on the MY RESERVATION SYSTEM website you are stating and acknowledging that you have read the aforementioned terms and conditions and that you understand such terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that we believe violates any of the terms and conditions in this document.
Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
MY RESERVATION SYSTEM has two plans:
| Free Booking Calendar: | This package is completely free, with some restriction compared to the premium package. |
| Multi Room Booking Calendar: | We offer a completely free 7-day trial, and refunds are also allowed for this plan within the first 14 days. |
We use high security standards, we are committed to respecting your privacy and diligently protecting your personal data.
To provide a high level of protection, MY RESERVATION SYSTEM saves backup at least once every 24 hours. In the event of a failure of the primary database, MY RESERVATION SYSTEM will initiate a rollback to the most recent backup. In this situation, MY RESERVATION SYSTEM is not liable for any data that cannot be restored from the backup.
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we will only be liable for direct damage caused by the site due to a failure attributable to our obligations with respect to our services.
